Shipping Information

As we just started this webshop we only deliver goods by use of the shop to the benelux at the moment. For deliveries to Europe and worldwide please contact us by mail.

All orders in stock may take up to 2-5 days to process and will ship out within 3-4 business days of ordening. All orders out of stock may take up to 3-4 weeks to process and will ship out after production. You will be informed about the approximate shipping date.

All orders are well packed to avoid any breakage. It is also possible to pick up the goods at the factory by appointment. Once a package is shipped from the factory it is out of our hands. The factory is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

To ensure that the package is properly delivered please make sure your address is correctly and fully entered.

If you refuse any shipments from the Claywood Factory we don’t offer refunds or non-deliverable packages.

When your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. In general orders will be shipped by DHL.

Refund and damaged goods policy

Returns must be processed and requested within 2 days from package receipt. It is not possible to change your order once it has been submitted.

Returned items must be in original condition and well packed. The goods remain your responsibility until they reach our factory. Freight costs are at your responsibility.

Damaged goods must be reported to the Factory within 2 days of the delivery date for a refund to be issued.

A photo of the damaged piece, along with the box and packaging with all labels visible is required to be sent to The Factory.

Damages outside of the 2 day limit will not be refunded as time sensitive insurance claims will interfere.

Refund or exchange of product will be discussed on a case to case basis.

General product information

ceramics

All products are hand made, each piece is unique and can slightly differ in colour and measurement. Use only hand wash to clean and remember to be kind when purchasing handmade goods

woodwork

All woodproducts are crafted by hand and made from massive wood and/or greenwood. Overtime the wood will develop its own character with a lovely patina.

Wood is a natural product. Always keep away from heat and direct sunlight. Hand wash only with a soft damp cloth. Never soak in water. For a long life regularly treat the wood with a soft cloth dipped in oil used for food consumption or beeswax.
